Antenatal Courses
Our antenatal course are an inclusive, comprehensive and fun way to learn all about labour and birth, infant feeding and early parenting. I truely believe there is no one right way to birth or parent our babies which is why we cover everything from self help techniques to medicial interventions and cesarean sections, all forms of infant feeding, safe sleeping environments and practical early parenting support.
All courses are 6 weeks long and run on a Tuesday 6.30-8.30pm and include 1 Practical Parenting session (PP) on Saturday 9am-midday. We are located at Kauri Health.
Course cost $275
Full payment preferred but payment plans are available.
Which course should I pick?
Each course has a suggested due month so that you are with others due at a similar time. These are only suggestions and you are welcome to pick which ever course works best for you. It is recomended you comeplete a course before 37 weeks pregnant.
Courses Dates:
- January 13th– babies due end Mar/Apr/May 2026
- March 3rd– babies due June 2026
- April 21st– babies due July/Aug 2026
- June 2nd– babies due Aug/Sep 2026
